RCF 2.4 Automated Flagger Assistance Device (AFAD) – Automatic Flagging Machine
The Automated Flagger Assistance Device (AFAD) RCF 2.4 is used as a portable automatic flagging machine in temporary work applications. For easy transport, two Automated Flagger Assistance Device (AFAD) units can be attached together and towed as a singular trailer. The Automated Flagger Assistance Device (AFAD) RCF 2.4 features a remote control that must be operated by a certified flag person. One operator can control two units in a work zone up to 800 feet. For work zones 800 feet to 5 miles, two operators/flaggers are required with separate remote controls.
