Gibraltar TL-4 Four Cable System
The Gibraltar TL-4 four cable system is used as a roadside barrier or between undivided highways to prevent vehicles from crossing the median. The top two cables alternate within the top loop of the hair-pin which effectively slows and redirects vehicles that leave the highway. The wired rope design is held in place by a support post with a concrete foundation and is NCHRP Report 350 Test Level 3 compliant on level terrain up to 4:1 slopes.
