BoardWalk System AODA Ramp and Platform

The BoardWalk System is a modular pedestrian accommodation system comprised of the BoardWalk Ramp and BoardWalk Platform. Users can switch from left to right-turning ramps in two quick changes. The Boardwalk Ramp and Platform are a great solution for your pedestrian accommodation needs.

 

  • Modular edge support castings provide guidance for canes, walking devices, and wheelchairs
  • Designed with moveable detectable edge and handrails to accommodate both directions
  • PSS-supplied lumber features slip-resistant surface. Metal approach plates are 457 mm (18”) W x 1219 mm (48”) L with slip-resistant grip tape
  • Wheelchair accessible: 1219 mm (48”), rated at 800 lb. capacity
  • Allows for any slope of 25mm (1”) rise for 304mm (12”) run.
  • Modular Edge Support Castings provide guidance for canes and walking devices.
  • Castings accommodate handrails, which provide detectable guidance.
  • Suspended design allows for normal street drainage.
